Green Therapy Mondays

My days off run in cycles of Medical Mondays and Automotive Mondays due to a car and a body that are both past middle age, mixed with social Lunching Mondays. 2019 has been a year very short of the equally necessary Creativity Mondays and Nature Mondays, both key to my mental health. The scale tipped way too far in the Medical category with Meniscus Mondays for physical therapy on my knee.

Thrilled then to get two Monday walks at Oak Point. The water level in the lake and ponds is very low since we've had no rain since August thirtieth.
